Jump for Joy
The day right after we got back from NC/D.C., one of my most precious BFFs, Jackie, drove in for one day only - together for the first time in years!!! We rocked Altitude Trampoline Park, dined at Grimaldi's, our girls discovered blue mascara at Sephora, I shared the joy of bubble tea, we found more dessert at Stacked - cool flavors of house-made ice cream sandwiched in b/t fresh doughnuts or macrons!, & Jackie's daughter, Isabella, got to take a tumbling class at our cheer gym while Annelise had team practice = joyous!!!!!
Annelise had to go dig out her old glasses in her room as soon as she saw Isabella in hers! :-D They were fast friends. Poor Will crashed in a blaze of glory after pizza - he still hadn't recovered from the travel exhaustion. Jackie was an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR: she almost died & had major life-saving surgery earlier this year...and here she is! Jumping her heart out on the trampoline!!!!!!!!!! She is the definition of strength, resilience, grace, & finding joy!!!
